We celebrated October - month of proper nutrition and 16 October - World Food Day. The abundance of autumn fruits and vegetables simply lured us into preparing healthy meals at school. We brought organic vegetables and seasonal fruits from our gardens and orchards and the magic could begin. We made tortillas and sandwiches of vegetables and boiled eggs. The preparation of this meal is simple. This wonderful combination of flavors makes a perfect breakfast. Bon appetit!

 

For dessert we made fruit skewers and we drank lemonade.
